Born: November 20, 1962 – Died: November 5, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Thomas Kreder, who went to go be with the Lord after a long struggle with cancer. William, who his family called: Billy, was 58 years old and spent his last days surrounded by love with his family in Alaska at his sister’s home in Wasilla. He is survived by his father, William H. Kreder, his mother, Sharon Kreder, his sister, Jeannette Anderson, his sister, Melissa Lloyd, his son, Dillion Kreder and wife, Andrea Kreder. He is also survived by other friends and family.

He worked hard for many years in landscaping and took much pride in his work. He enjoyed hot rods, snow machines and riding dirt bikes, all of which he did with his precious son who he adored with all his heart.

Billy’s biggest passion was for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It was common for him to share this love with anyone who would listen loud and proud! He carried a picture of Jesus in his wallet and when sharing his testimony of his changed life through Christ, he would say, “want to see a picture of my father?” Then he would flip open his wallet and show them the picture.

He fought his cancer with a great deal of pain to the end without complaining, but would whisper, “I’m going to be with Jesus.” He had no fear of dying, he knew he was going home. Billy had a lot of character, energy and love that will be greatly missed by those who knew him. We will also celebrate that he is enjoying the presence of God for eternity without pain and in true peace. May this be an encouragement to every friend and family member.

His family in Alaska will be having a celebration of his life in Wasilla.
