Wythle J. Gershmel, 73, of Wasilla died at home Jan. 11, 2014, surrounded by her family.
She was born Jan. 11, 1941, in Anchorage and graduated from high school in Wasilla.
A celebration of her life is at 2 p.m., May 3 at the Christian Science Church, Mile 46, Parks Highway on Lamont Way.
